Plaquemines Parish District Attorney's Office.  Charles J. Ballay, District Attorney.  We were tasked with designing a web site that expressed the passion of the new employees and administration in the Plaquemines Parish DA's Office.  This web site is filled with information for the parish (county) and uses transparency header, css rollover technology and solid HTML.  Because of browser compatibility with older versions of Internet Explorer we had to use some tables in sections, but mostly the site is a tableless design.
